Patient Care Technician- Moved to Florida when my grandmother was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. After she passed I stayed to handle the estate, and took Mayo for stable work while settling. It started temporary and turned into real training: empathy, de-escalation, and high-stakes talk with stressed people.
